What you'll do

• Lead multiple luxury residential projects from conception through completion
• maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• coordinate with architects and engineers to meet design intent and quality expectations
• manage budgets, schedules, and reports
• apply project management practices and ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance
• conduct site visits and inspections
• oversee subcontractor performance
• facilitate project meetings
• mentor and develop junior team members.
