What you'll do

• Assist management in meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals
• schedule store personnel
• complete payroll information
• receive applications and participate in interviews as requested
• train, direct, and supervise new employees
• ensure staff follow policies and regulations
• complete and forward daily sales reports and paperwork
• keep the store well stocked
• provide backup for the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager as needed
• support the work-therapy program as directed.
