What you'll do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial and strategic partnership agreements
• support research, clinical, academic, vendor, and SaaS agreements
• lead corporate governance and recordkeeping
• coordinate financing transactions and investor diligence
• manage equity administration
• prepare employment documentation and advise on employment matters
• manage outside counsel, legal budgets, compliance calendars, legal systems, procurement, and corporate insurance
• build scalable legal and compliance processes.
