What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and night and mail deposits
• build customer relationships, identify needs, answer inquiries, and resolve issues
• explain bank products and services and refer customers to business partners as appropriate
• comply with banking laws and regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering requirements
• provide in-person education on digital banking solutions.
