What you'll do

• Follow SNHD health-code standards and written recipes
• use FIFO for products
• complete shift checklists, labeling, and temperature logs
• organize food storage
• stock products to management pars
• receive and inspect deliveries and report discrepancies
• use safe knife skills
• communicate with staff and vendors
• maintain clean and safe work areas
• attend employee meetings.
