What you'll do

• Acknowledge customers
• assess equipment needs and fit equipment to skill level
• adjust bindings, fit boots, tune and repair equipment
• resolve customer issues
• complete paperwork
• follow procedures and safety rules
• maintain tools and equipment
• operate the point-of-sale system
• sell winter-sports equipment
• attend sales, training, and safety meetings
• assist other departments as needed.
