The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is an onsite role based in Flint, MI. The compensation for this position is $17.13 per hour at Hope Network / Westwood. This role exists to support the individual goals of persons served and help them integrate into the community. The DSP assists with mobility, daily living activities, and health management in a supportive environment.

What you'll do

• Monitor and ensure safety 24/7.
• Support crisis prevention and intervention.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and cooking.
• Attend medical appointments and document care plans.
