What you'll do

• Serve as Engineer of Record for overhead transmission line projects
• lead technical execution and ensure compliance with NESC, RUS, and client standards
• perform, review, and approve engineering calculations, models, design packages, and sealed deliverables
• coordinate scope, schedules, deliverables, and execution strategies with project managers
• oversee budgets, schedules, resources, and QA/QC
• support construction through design clarifications, field visits, and change-order or design-revision evaluations
• represent the company in client meetings
• contribute technical input to proposals and business development
• lead, mentor, and develop engineers, designers, and technical staff.
