Fulfillment Specialist

The Fulfillment Specialist role is onsite in Virginia Beach, VA; compensation is $16–$20 per hour. The position supports CLASSIC AIR CARE’s field teams by coordinating parts and materials needed for service work. The specialist sources and distributes parts, verifies warranties, maintains inventory, and coordinates replenishment with vendors and internal teams. Accurate fulfillment helps technicians stay prepared and supports timely service outcomes for customers.

What you'll do

• Validate equipment and part warranties for active service calls
• source parts and materials across vendors, distributors, and internal warehouses
• confirm availability, pricing, and delivery commitments with suppliers
• receive, stock, organize, and cycle-count inventory
• fulfill technician and service-van replenishment orders
• track and close out orders in internal systems
• coordinate parts demand with service managers, dispatch, and field technicians
• provide warehouse and logistics support as required.
