What you'll do

• Manage vacancies, applicant screening, resident interviews, and move-ins
• supervise onsite staff
• coordinate emergency preparedness and responses
• address resident concerns and coordinate services
• maintain property records and reporting
• lead tax-credit and subsidy recertifications
• coordinate purchases and review vendor invoices
• oversee building and grounds maintenance
• plan resident and staff meetings and community events
• monitor budgets, revenues, expenses, and cash management
• administer lease enforcement
• communicate with services staff
• drive as required.
