What you'll do

• Complete the required five-week manager-training course
• interview, hire, and develop employees
• support employee performance metrics
• analyze daily sales information
• meet banking, safety, operational, and legal requirements
• control labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses
• assign and follow up on store tasks
• maintain a clean, stocked, and organized store
• provide customer service and resolve customer issues.
