What you'll do

• Install residential windows, entry doors, patio doors, storm doors, and related products
• complete flashing, waterproofing, and finish work
• assess jobsites and troubleshoot common installation issues
• follow safety procedures
• communicate professionally with customers
• complete assigned service, punch-list, and warranty work
• verify materials and report discrepancies
• assist in mentoring apprentices
• maintain vehicles, tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness
• document project completion, lead-safe practices, and required photos.
