The Distribution Mobility Planner role is onsite in Honolulu, HI, supporting Indo-Pacific Command. The expected annual salary range is $100,000–$120,000. The planner coordinates and refines movement plans for personnel, equipment, cargo, and other assets across transportation networks. The work supports timely, efficient delivery by assessing capacity and constraints, maintaining in-transit visibility, and coordinating execution with operational stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Coordinate distribution and mobility planning for deployment, redeployment, sustainment, and retrograde operations. Develop movement plans
• synchronize transportation activities with teams, carriers, ports, and logistics partners
• assess capacity, routing, and infrastructure constraints
• refine plans during execution
• use planning, modeling, simulation, and data analysis tools
• track shipments and resolve delays
• prepare reports and planning updates
• support surge and emergency-response operations as needed.
