What you'll do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance
• respond to resident and staff work orders
• troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and general building issues
• assist with apartment turnovers
• maintain building, grounds, and outdoor spaces
• assist with snow removal and ice control as needed
• follow OSHA regulations, infection prevention protocols, and community safety policies
• provide courteous service to residents, families, visitors, and team members.
