What you'll do

• Facilitate educator training, class visits, summer camp, and other educational programs
• coordinate schedules, attendance, logistics, assessments, and evaluations
• co-develop and customize STEAM curricula aligned with Thinkery’s learning framework and state standards
• facilitate activities in classrooms and workshops
• manage program supplies
• support staff and educator training
• contribute to program budgets
• support seasonal staff recruitment, training, and coaching
• build cross-department and community partnerships
• travel to schools and community partner sites throughout the greater Austin area.

Why this role

Associate’s degree in education, family and child development, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience may substitute. Spanish/English bilingual proficiency and experience with robotics, programming, circuitry, or design thinking are preferred.
