What you'll do

• Perform physical therapy assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures, and ongoing evaluation for residents.
• Implement teaching appropriate to the resident’s needs.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the ongoing quality improvement process.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for residents and coworkers.
• Supervise applicable team members.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide timely reviews as delegated.
