What you'll do

• Coordinate daily outbound domestic shipments and time-critical Hotshot drivers
• book LTL shipments through logistics portals
• prepare and verify Bills of Lading, labels, packing lists, and other shipping documents
• coordinate pickups
• track deliveries and address delays
• manage pick lists with warehouse and manufacturing personnel
• verify shipment details
• review freight records and invoices
• archive shipping documentation
• follow shipping, carrier, regulatory, and safety requirements.
