The Line Cook role is onsite in Kīhei, HI. Compensation is $22–$26 per hour. The position joins Spago Maui’s back-of-house team in an elevated resort dining setting. The cook prepares and executes dishes to the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards, follows recipes and station guidelines, and works with the culinary team. The role also maintains a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen while contributing to consistent guest experiences.
