What you'll do

• Execute alumni engagement strategies
• manage segmented engagement across policy, geographic, and career cohorts
• deliver alumni newsletters
• connect alumni to roles, initiatives, convenings, and peers
• support mentorship and cross-state collaboration
• shape alumni programming
• gather feedback
• use CRM and engagement tools to track participation and outcomes
• monitor KPIs and report network impact
• build relationships with alumni, internal teams, and external partners.
