The Deep Learning Scientist II — Protein Sciences role is onsite in Watertown, MA. The base salary range is $150,000–$170,000 per year. Repertoire Immune Medicines uses protein engineering and artificial intelligence to develop immune medicines for cancer and autoimmune disease. As part of the Artificial Immune Intelligence Team, the scientist develops deep learning approaches using proprietary T-cell receptor and antigen datasets to accelerate therapeutic discovery. The role combines computational methods with collaboration with wet-lab scientists to generate insights and support drug candidate development.

What you'll do

• Develop deep learning approaches spanning protein language models, structural modeling, and multimodal representation learning for the TCR-pMHC synapse
• apply machine learning, statistics, computational biology, and data science methods
• work with wet-lab scientists to understand assay technologies
• analyze and model complex biological datasets
• use Python, PyTorch, and multi-GPU training workflows.
