What you'll do

• Wash, cut, portion, and assemble ingredients.
• Assist with simple cooking tasks under the Sous Chef’s direction.
• Support station setup, replenishment, and service needs.
• Assist with production and service, stocking, receiving, and product organization.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment and follow food handling, labeling, storage, rotation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
