What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound retention opportunities, cancellation requests, and at-risk accounts
• contact existing customers to identify retention and revenue growth opportunities
• negotiate pricing and service changes
• manage account changes and renewals
• resolve customer issues
• analyze account history, pricing, service levels, and profitability
• document interactions and account activity in CRM
• monitor retention performance
• collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.
