What you'll do

• Develop and grow Arup's Life Sciences business across the West Coast, with focus on San Francisco and Los Angeles
• align growth plans with regional and national goals
• support business development, proposals, and client relationships
• represent Arup at industry events
• lead mechanical engineering design for life sciences projects and serve as Engineer of Record where appropriate
• manage project planning, resourcing, schedules, budgets, and delivery
• guide project teams
• integrate sustainable design
• and negotiate project contracts and engagement conditions.
