Field Project Coordinator

The Field Project Coordinator role is onsite in Republic, WA. Compensation is not specified. Working under a Project Manager’s close supervision, this role helps coordinate project execution by supporting estimates and change orders, client communication, field staffing, and construction oversight. Its work contributes to completing projects in line with design, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

What you'll do

• Review requests for quotations and estimate potential change-order scope
• support active construction projects
• liaise with clients to assess work scope and resources
• represent the company at applicable bid and project meetings
• prepare project estimates from proposal specifications, drawings, and contracts
• support field staffing and monitor construction execution against design, quality, budget, and schedule
• provide drawing interpretation and recommend construction methods and equipment
• manage extra-work estimates and change orders
• support contract financial management.
