Part-Time Installer/Trainer

What you'll do

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones
• train customers on phone features
• promote CaptionCall service
• generate leads and referrals
• attend assigned trade shows and corporate events
• complete assigned service calls
• maintain customer records
• submit reports, invoices, and customer feedback
• retrieve and clean former customers’ phones
• maintain equipment and supply inventory
• recruit and refer potential Installer/Trainer candidates.
