The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is an onsite position in Lock Haven, PA. Pay is $20 per hour. The role supports people with intellectual disabilities in building independence and life skills. This position provides daily living assistance and individualized support, helping clients participate in community activities, develop practical skills, and work toward their support-plan goals.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including grooming, cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene
• support community and recreational activities and accompany individuals to appointments, shopping, or social outings as needed
• teach skills such as money management, transportation use, cooking, budgeting, and personal safety
• implement and document individualized support plans
• support communication and self-advocacy
• report incidents or changes in condition to a supervisor.
