What you'll do

• Clone, express, and screen protein constructs in bacterial systems
• optimize expression conditions
• execute purification workflows
• characterize protein quality
• optimize and validate biochemical, spectroscopic, and fluorescence-based assays
• troubleshoot assays for reproducibility, sensitivity, and throughput
• document methods and results
• maintain lab equipment and organization
• and follow safety and reproducibility practices.
