What you'll do

• Assist with dialysis treatment setup using NxStage or similar home machines
• keep the treatment environment clean, organized, and safe
• provide companionship and emotional reassurance
• help the patient stay on schedule
• provide light activities-of-daily-living support as needed
• monitor safety and report concerns to the coordinating nurse
• maintain simple documentation and shift notes.
