What you'll do

• Supervise and manage assigned program staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. Ensure respectful client treatment, appropriate health, safety, and confidentiality procedures, clinical best practices, timely documentation, and staff training and certification. Participate in quality and safety processes
• collaborate with the Program Director, treatment teams, front office staff, and community partners
• manage program expenses and revenues
• and monitor clinical staff productivity.

Why this role

Requires relevant education and paid substance-use-disorder experience, including administrative or supervisory experience; CADC-II is required for SUD programs and QMHA-II for mental health programs. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
