Job overview
The Inside Sales Representative is an onsite role based in Walcott, IA. The position offers a base pay plus uncapped commission, with an average combined first-year compensation of $55,000 to $60,000 per year, supporting the Per Mar Security Services sales team. This role exists to generate new sales opportunities and manage existing customer accounts through phone-based outreach. The representative will collaborate with the outside sales team to drive growth and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
