Paint Supervisor — Second Shift

The Paint Supervisor role is onsite in Houston, TX; compensation is not specified. The position leads Panelmatic’s paint and finishing department, supporting production of custom control panels and related fabricated products. The supervisor coordinates people, workload, quality, and safe work practices so painting and finishing meet project specifications and production schedules. The role combines hands-on technical guidance with inspection, troubleshooting, training, and coordination across Production, Quality, and Engineering.

What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and direct paint personnel
• assign work and monitor production progress
• guide surface preparation, paint mixing, coating application, and equipment use
• inspect finished work and coordinate rework
• enforce safety and PPE practices, including proper handling of hazardous materials
• maintain equipment and supplies
• communicate production and quality issues to management and partner departments.
