What you'll do

• Prepare foods and beverages according to menus, policies, procedures, and regulations
• ensure meals are served on time and at proper temperatures
• prepare substitute items as directed by the chef
• complete food and temperature documentation
• monitor returned food and communicate consumption concerns
• support resident preferences and dietary orders
• supervise and assist kitchen staff
• maintain cleanliness and food-safety compliance
• report equipment malfunctions.
