What you'll do

• Welcome and engage guests
• share product knowledge and answer questions
• take orders using the point-of-sale system
• execute product and packaging standards
• deliver food and coffee beverages
• maintain clean, stocked café stations and brand standards
• follow safety and sanitation requirements. Baristas also prepare beverages to recipes and specifications, operate barista equipment, and maintain the bar and equipment.
