• Educate and coach hospital staff on donation processes
• collaborate on hospital performance plans and track results
• review missed donation opportunities
• develop solutions to barriers
• provide staff development and educational materials
• support active cases and referrals onsite
• maintain required documentation and quality records
• work with hospital administration on policies and compliance
• coordinate authorization and communication with hospital staff.
