This role exists to facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans and manage daily program operations. The supervisor oversees a team of caregivers, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides direct support to participants to help them build skills and achieve greater independence in their daily lives.

What you'll do

• Facilitate Individual Service Plans (ISP)
• supervise a team of Caregivers
• provide direct support including personal care and medication administration
• manage staff hiring, training, and scheduling
• facilitate community outings and transportation.
