Maintenance Assistant

What you'll do

• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry maintenance
• complete repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• respond to staff work orders
• help maintain common areas, resident rooms, and outdoor spaces
• support snow removal and landscaping
• monitor supplies and tools
• report hazards and needed repairs
• assist with room setups, furniture moves, and inspections
• follow safety and infection-control protocols.
