Job overview

The Hospitality Team Member position is onsite in Cincinnati, OH, and pays $16–$18 per hour. Kids First Sports Center is a children’s sports, arts, and activities facility whose mission is to help children grow into happy, healthy, responsible adults. The role supports a welcoming experience for families, helps build and maintain customer relationships that contribute to program growth, assists the department leader with administrative operations, and represents the center’s programs.

What you'll do

• Provide welcoming customer service to families
• develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones to support program growth and satisfaction
• assist the department leader with administrative operations
• serve as an ambassador for Kids First programs.
