What you'll do

• Source, screen, and contact candidates
• review resumes
• coordinate interviews
• maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• create and manage job requisitions
• communicate with candidates throughout recruiting
• support recruiting events and employer branding
• document activities and follow established procedures.
