What you'll do

• Defend workers’ compensation claims and develop resolution strategies
• evaluate case records, research legal issues, and prepare legal documents and correspondence
• prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and settlement discussions
• update clients on case developments and options
• collaborate with attorneys and manage deadlines, case documentation, and billable time.
