What you'll do

• Manage daily utility operations, maintenance, and reporting
• supervise plant operators and field personnel
• coordinate resources across locations
• ensure safety, environmental, regulatory, and operational compliance
• develop and improve maintenance programs and procedures
• track inspections, repairs, and corrective actions
• coordinate outages and emergency response
• manage spare-parts and logistics needs
• support budgets and procurement
• coordinate projects
• oversee staffing, training, and performance
• report operational, maintenance, project, staffing, safety, and risk matters to the General Manager.
