What you'll do

• Manage recruiting from intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, selection support, offer negotiation, and transition into onboarding
• partner with hiring managers and HR business partners on requirements, job descriptions, and recruiting strategies
• source candidates through databases, social media, networks, job fairs, and college events
• track and analyze recruiting metrics
• assist with the annual recruiting budget and verify recruitment invoices
• review talent acquisition practices and trends.
