What you'll do

• Provide operational leadership to stores with management vacancies
• assess staffing, training, workflow, equipment, and service readiness
• develop store stabilization plans
• train and coach store managers, service leads, technicians, and other employees
• support recruiting, interviews, and onboarding
• monitor store readiness, service quality, staffing, and training completion
• report findings and recommendations to leadership.
