Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager — Electrical Construction

The Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager role is onsite in Clackamas, OR, supporting projects in the office and field. Compensation is $65,000–$95,000 per year. Liberty Electric works on public works and infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest. The engineer supports project managers by keeping project documentation, schedules, and coordination organized and moving forward. The role handles project records and submittals, assists with cost and field reporting, coordinates with field teams, and identifies process improvements.

What you'll do

• Prepare and track project submittals, change orders, proposals, RFIs, RFQs, ASIs, correspondence, transmittals, and daily logs
• maintain and quality-check project files
• assist with extra-work pricing
• process force account reports and update schedules
• coordinate with field teams
• enter data and support administrative tasks.
