Electrical Power Generation Field Technician II

What you'll do

• Inspect and diagnose equipment problems
• recommend repairs and perform critical machine and engine repairs and adjustments
• follow documented CSA processes and Caterpillar guidelines
• complete engine overhead measurements and adjustments within six weeks of hire
• prepare service reports, oil samples, and inspections at job sites and submit paperwork to dispatch within 24–48 hours
• follow company and customer safety and contamination procedures, including MSHA guidelines in mining applications.
