What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, and support hospice clinical staff
• ensure care follows individualized plans
• maintain compliance with Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and agency policies
• oversee staffing, scheduling, nurse caseloads, and acuity
• lead the Interdisciplinary Group process
• collaborate with the Medical Director
• monitor documentation and records
• lead onboarding, competency assessments, education, and staff development
• participate in QAPI, audits, and adverse event reviews
• support survey readiness
• mentor a qualified designee
• foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
