Field Service Technician, ATM Installation and Repair

The Field Service Technician role is onsite in Antioch, IL. Pay is $19.86–$21.92 per hour. The role supports ATM service, maintenance, and repair operations for the client, which manufactures and services ATMs.

What you'll do

• Perform minor ATM maintenance, repairs, and module-level component replacement
• maintain parts inventory and records
• provide repair status reports
• diagnose issues using service-call information and ATM error logs
• own customer issues through resolution under service-level agreements
• follow security procedures
• complete client training and certifications
• and report calls and work activity. The role may involve prolonged travel within the service area and may require rotating shifts, nights, or weekends.
