What you'll do

• Lead sales strategies and revenue generation for group events, private dining, corporate buyouts, and VIP experiences
• develop and manage key accounts in Philadelphia’s corporate, entertainment, and hospitality sectors
• build and lead a sales team as the business scales
• collaborate with marketing, nightlife programming, and food and beverage leadership
• represent the venue at trade events and networking functions
• manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and results.
