What you'll do

• Develop U.S. recruiting and branding plans for Leadership Development Programs
• expand digital recruiting strategies
• partner with universities, colleges, student organizations, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• improve and standardize recruiting processes
• coordinate recruiting activities
• train program representatives
• screen resumes, conduct behavioral interviews, and facilitate talent debriefs
• maintain applicant tracking records and dashboards
• deliver campus and digital presentations
• travel up to 10% for recruiting events.
