What you'll do

• Oversee property financial reporting, budgets, invoices, payroll, and audits
• coordinate inspections
• oversee marketing, leasing, resident relations, collections, move-ins and move-outs
• schedule and inspect maintenance and make-ready work
• manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
• and monitor property performance metrics.
