What you'll do

• Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals
• ensure services align with person-centered plans
• monitor activities for health, safety, and regulatory compliance
• train, coach, and schedule staff
• complete documentation, reports, and incident follow-up
• communicate with families, interdisciplinary teams, and agency leadership
• support individual goals, behavior plans, and community activities
• maintain compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
